Job Overview

We are looking for an Entry-Level Partnerships Associate to join our team in Los Angeles (hybrid). In this role, you’ll support the growth of our ecosystem by researching potential partners, assisting with outreach, and helping to build relationships that expand our business. You’ll work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in partnerships, business development, and strategy.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are excited to learn how organizations form meaningful collaborations and want to grow a career in partnerships or business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential companies and organizations for partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) to connect with prospects.
  • Support scheduling and preparation for partner meetings and calls.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, including contact details, outreach history, and meeting notes.
  • Draft personalized messages and presentation materials for different types of partners.
  • Help track outreach and engagement metrics to measure progress.
  • Contribute to event preparation and support networking opportunities at conferences and industry meetups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or customer-facing roles (internships or campus projects count).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain ideas clearly.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets) and eager to learn CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
  • Curiosity about technology, digital assets, or emerging industries (Web3/blockchain knowledge is a bonus, not required).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with outreach or CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce).
  • Prior internship, student organization, or project experience related to partnerships, sales, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with industry events or conference planning.
