    • Solidify the channel’s reporting and optimization infrastructure by implementing technologies such as Enhanced Conversions, server-to-server tracking, dynamic customer lists, etc;
    • Coordinate with regional Marketing Managers and the Director of Performance Marketing for top-performing efforts;
    • Serve as the POC for PMMs, working closely with the Product Marketing team to cover all relevant keywords and ad copy;
    • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in search engine advertising.

Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets (CPI, CAC, ROAS);
    • Solid understanding of adtech processes such as server-to-server integrations and real-time app postbacks;
    • Proficiency with the Google product suite, including Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio;
    • Experience conducting A/B tests across Paid channels;
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating their work into effective keywords and ad copy;
