You will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team that will be raising capital soon via an initial dex offering (IDO). You will ensure that NFTing's IT vision is synchronized with the business directive and facilitate support to customers in decision making to ensure technical requirements are realized and met.

Please note that this is an unpaid role while we are actively seeking funding. The selected candidate will be offered a generous token allocation, and salary upon formalized funding.

Role requirements:

• Designing and setting up an entire technology infrastructure
• Building a high performance team of blockchain developers, smart contract engineers, and support staff
• Manage the technical team and ensure work is distributed as efficiently as possible and according to project milestones
• Work to debug app glitches and build features for launch and beyond
• Respond to user feedback and perform app iterations
• Evaluate current architecture and, if needed, create a plan to develop a more seamless, scalable product
• Work closely with founders and product managers in a collaborative, small team environment
• Develop and manage the technology strategy

Essential Skills and qualifications:

• Blockchain Development
• Blockchain Architect experience (preferred)
• Product Engineering and Application Development
• Experience in leading transformational teams and executing global projects
• The ability and desire to manage a team
• The desire to collaborate with leadership on business and technical strategy
• Blockchain Architect and Development experience both in layer 1 and 2
• Product Engineering and Application Development experience
• Experience in leading transformational teams and executing global projects
• Preferred Skills and Requirements
• You have launched a successful blockchain product before
• Relevant Qualifications in Technology management and/or any Blockchain related qualifications

Preferred Technical Experience:

Preference will be given to applicants that can demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in the following technologies :

• Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains, smart-contract development with Solidity, Web3.js / Ethers.js frameworks
• JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Golang
• MySQL, database management
• AWS, DevOps, architecture management and security
• Docker and other containerization experience
