Paxful is searching for a Product Manager to join our InfoSec Team. This role will support and lead InfoSec development.You will report to our Chief Information Security Officer.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
- Investigate (collect, analyze, report) issues related to account takeover activity against our customers/employees and internal incidents/escalations requiring Infosec investigative feedbacks.
- CyberSAR reporting.
- Identify new and emerging patterns of account takeover tactics and methods used against our customers and employees together with ad hoc mitigation measures.
- Design and influence/improve best practices within account protection tools and approaches.
- Collaborate with different Paxful’s Departments to provide feedback and guidance on daily basis.
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
- Degree, preferably in an analytical field - e.g. Economics, Operations, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or an in applicable social sciences field such as Criminal Justice or Law.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant financial/cyber fraud investigation experience working for a fintech, crypto or financial institutionAbility on investigation reporting.
Target Experience:
- Experience in private sector and/or law enforcement investigations
- Proficiency in extracting and processing data using SQL
- Experience in cybersecurity or financial crimes investigation
- Experience in OSINT, cryptocurrency, blockchain and/or financial technology is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English
