Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Social Media Account Manager with 2-3+ years agency experience who will develop and implement digital strategies while assisting in the content ideation and creation process for a variety of category-leading NFT and Web3 integrated projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop platform strategies specific to clients’ unique needs
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing content and to capitalize on real-time trends
- Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for clients, and communicate with online communities in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, while looping in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessary
- Assist in reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize content
- Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to client growth and help to reach client and agency goals
- Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Very knowledgeable about emerging technologies such as blockchain, NFTs & the overall Web3 ecosystem
- Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms:
- Discord
- TikTok
- At least 3 years of client-facing communication experience
- Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks
- Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical recommendations
- Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new heights.
