As Legal Working Student you will be responsible for all topics related to Legal within AMUZED.

You will:

• Make sure to help on all things legal: From drafting contracts and frameworks, commenting to summarizing key terms
• Draft, amend & finalize contracts with artists, employees and third party services
• Be present in calls with external counsels and work on potential requests
• Create our own templates of standard contractual agreements
• Own various topics in alignment with management: Contracts, regulatory frameworks and research on new developments 
• Create processes, databases and assist with the setup of an efficient process to handle & scale various legal frameworks
• Network and acquire new business relationships within our broad network of experienced founders and investors and work together closely with them

You should bring:

• First professional or entrepreneurial experience in a legal area 
• Still studying a degree in law (any type of law, specializations in corporate/labour/regulatory law are a plus) 
• Team-player and ability to collaborate successfully on a common vision
• Intrinsic motivation to learn and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
• Absolute drive to get things done with a lot of attention to detail 
• Passion for the music industry and interest in innovations in tech and particularly the NFT space - that is a big plus 
• Strong communication/negotiation skills
• (Native) Fluency in German and English, fluency in any additional language is a big plus
• Availability to start within the next 3 months in our offices in Berlin
