Ecosystem Marketing Manager
Remote — Central European Time (CET), Berlin relocation possible

In this role, you will:
- Develop win-win co-marketing strategies and initiatives between players across the Polkadot ecosystem in pursuit of growing user and builder adoption.
- Create and maintain playbooks for ecosystem marketing; providing structured paths for collaboration and delivering marketing services to projects, teams, and partners.
- Develop initiatives to onboard and maintain relationships with parachain teams to foster a healthy ecosystem; organise gatherings, workshops, discussion forums, networking opportunities, etc.
- Serve as a liaison point between ecosystem players and our organisation; managing communications, building relationships, relaying information/feedback, and nurturing collaboration.
- Coordinate across various internal teams such as business development, technology, product marketing, and so forth to drive marketing solutions for the ecosystem.
- Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives across the Polkadot ecosystem; develop resources and materials to share learnings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in software and technology industry.
- Proven track record in working with partners, client management, and/or customer success.
- A customer-centric mindset with a keen sense of anticipating the needs of others.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; the ability to speak and work with a wide variety of audiences.
- Excellent project management skills to ensure deliverables are met.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity and enthusiasm for the blockchain industry.
