What you’ll do 👀

• Plan and execute MoonPay's overall brand marketing strategy, roadmap and editorial calendar across multiple channels and platforms.
• Define key brand messages, narrative and insights for communications and campaigns and ensure all content is aligned.
• Increase brand awareness by creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns that tell compelling stories and build engagement and loyalty with our target audience.
• Be hands-on and involved in all aspects of content strategy - provide consistent feedback and ensure excellence, relevance and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to plan and develop website content, >
• Work closely with brand, marketing and community teams to develop MoonPay’s social media strategy.
• Measure and report on content, campaign and brand performance and business impact.

You should apply if ✅

• 6 years experience in leading a brand and/or content team and owning the content strategy.
• Previous experience in defining personas, JBTD frameworks, tone of voice and brand messaging.
• Familiar across various marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics.
• Proven ability to distill and simplify complex technical details into engaging, exciting content.
• Previous experience working at technology companies, fintech preferred (crypto ideal).
• Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and industry is a must.
• You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical ability.
• Naturally curious story teller with a strong brand intuition and a flare for converting topical moments into opportunities to build the brand.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environment, you’re a self-starter and growth orientated

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Recruiter call (20-30 minutes)
• Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
• Remote take-home task (role dependent)
• Final interview (2 hours)
