As Director, Content and Digital PR, you will be responsible for shaping the global content strategy to maximise organic performance while ensuring content meets user needs and conversion goals. You will oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices, while also leading digital PR initiatives to enhance brand authority. A key aspect of the role is ensuring content supports strong conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and delivers value beyond search rankings.

Responsibilites

    • Develop and implement a global content strategy that balances SEO performance with user engagement and CRO.
    • Ensure content quality, relevance, and alignment with both search intent and human needs.
    • Oversee the execution of digital PR initiatives, ensuring they contribute to organic growth.
    • Manage and collaborate with internal and external content teams to deliver high-quality, optimised content.
    • Work closely with the Organic Growth Lead and CRO Lead to ensure content strategy supports conversion objectives.
    • Monitor and analyse content performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on content, SEO, and digital PR trends to inform strategic direction

Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO content production, and digital PR.
    • Strong writing, editing, and content planning skills with a deep understanding of SEO.
    • Experience managing content teams and external contributors.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
    • Familiarity with CRO principles and a user-first content approach.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
