Everyrealm is looking for a Senior Front-end Developer to play an integral part in building and scaling our metaverse and NFT platform.
Everyrealm is a metaverse technology and infrastructure company, bringing life to the metaverse. Everyrealm is one of the most active investors in and developers of the metaverse real estate ecosystem, with projects such as The Row and Fantasy Islands. Everyrealm also operates Realm Academy, an esports guild and tournament platform, as well as manages a portfolio that includes investments in 30+ metaverse platforms and more than 4,000 NFTs.
What you'll do:
- Get your hands dirty in all parts of our front end stack using tools such as Next, React, Vercel, and Git
- Integrate with Ethereum and other leading L1 and L2 blockchains
- Collaborate with a smart team in a fast-paced environment across dozens of services and products across a variety of industries
- Work with a team that spans the globe with developers in the United States, Europe, and more
- 6+ years of experience as a professional Front End Software Engineer.
- Required experience with Three.js, Polygon.js, or similar.
- Current experience with Next.JS (SSR, SSG, ISR), React, Redux, git, and Vercel.
- Deep understanding of the React render lifecycle and new React18 features like server components.
- CSS experience should include Tailwind and familiarity with CSS animations (vanilla CSS, framer-motion).
- Ability to build reusable React/Next component library.
- Religiously writes unit and integration tests for your code.
- Performed as a technical lead on a Scrum team.
- You make a habit of documenting your code and learnings.
- You are always learning new things and are excited to dive into new projects and new technologies.
- You have an attention to detail and have no problem speaking up when a design doesn't make sense.
- You have experience working as a part of a team with Product, Project Managers, stakeholders, designers, Q/A, and other Engineers.
- Bonus: Ethereum Dapp experience, web3.js or ethers.js.
