You’ll collaborate with top-tier capital markets, regulatory, and litigation colleagues on cutting-edge issues from securities compliance to market infrastructure—without getting buried in bureaucracy.
Top Requirements
- 4–6 years of corporate/transactional experience serving crypto and web3 clients
- Venture financings that include token rights/warrants; token/digital asset/NFT issuances; primary and secondary token sales; and/or offshore structuring experience
- Working understanding of blockchain technology and market dynamics
- Familiarity with securities/regulatory issues around tokens a plus
- Clear, pragmatic drafting; strong client communication; comfort navigating fast-moving matters
