The staking product technical analyst will have a variety of responsibilities aimed at increasing efficiency of engineering teams and assisting Figment's customers, both direct and channel.
Candidates should have experience as developers as well as the ability to digest complex documentation and distill it into clear format. They should be very strong communicators, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Technical document creation
- External engineering support - create guides for external engineering teams to better understand staking integrations.
- Figment product documentation - create useful, intuitive documentation for Figment's staking products.
- Manage technical onboarding for new Prime customers
- One on one staking process walk throughs
- ETH staking provisioning process management
- Assist with custody, software/hardware wallet, and other asset management tools
- Assist with Channel Partner integrations
- Generate network specific workflow documentation
- Help define interaction of customer apps and Figment infrastructure
- Enable desired UX for end user
Qualifications
- 2 years general development/engineering experience. No specific language/stack preferred. Blockchain experience a big plus.
- Technical writing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
