The Deployment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the deployment process within our organization, ensuring the timely deployment of special projects. This position requires effective team leadership, coordination of resources, and problem-solving expertise to guarantee the seamless execution of deployments. The successful candidate will be committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety while managing resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of all deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership & Supervision:
    • Lead and manage the entire site deployment process, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Oversee on-site technicians and contracted labor, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
    • Coach team members and provide feedback to help meet or exceed deployment goals.
    • Ensure all team members are well-trained and equipped with the resources they need for successful deployment.

    • Project Coordination & Planning:
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including Logistics and Operations Managers, to develop detailed deployment schedules and action plans.
    • Review and prepare deployment plans, load distribution calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements and industry standards.
    • Coordinate logistics for hardware, software, and infrastructure, ensuring all resources are in place for smooth execution.
    • Proactively manage resources, materials, and personnel to prevent delays and optimize deployment timelines.

    • Execution & Quality Control:
    • Oversee deployment activities at the site level, ensuring regular inspections and enforcement of safety protocols.
    • Maintain rigorous quality control standards to guarantee exceptional craftsmanship and deliverables.
    • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to financial parameters.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all stages of deployment.

    • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including progress reports, inventory records, and purchase receipts.
    • Track project milestones, including any challenges or delays, and report status to senior management.
    • Document and standardize deployment procedures to ensure consistency and improve operational efficiency across the team.

    • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance deployment speed, quality, and overall organizational expectations.
    • Drive the adoption of industry best practices, ensuring the team remains aligned with evolving standards and internal goals.
    • Stay informed about the latest deployment technologies and methodologies to continually elevate team performance.

    • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

    • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

    • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in a deployment or field operations role, ideally within the Bitcoin Mining or related industry.
    • Proven ability to manage large-scale deployment projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
    • Hands-on experience with hardware and software deployment, troubleshooting, and related processes.

    • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
    • Problem-solving expertise and a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving issues.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and project management tools.
    • Knowledge of operations systems, computer networking, and electrical safety protocols.
$75,000 - $80,000 a year
