• Lead ecosystem development, forming strategic partnerships across fintech, blockchain, and payment networks.

• Architect go-to-market strategy and drive early adoption of Bery’s infrastructure layer.

• Build and scale a global community of early adopters and developers.

• Collaborate with the founding team on product-market fit, roadmap, and token/network growth.

• Represent Bery in conversations with ecosystem partners, early backers, and investors.

• Help shape Bery’s culture, identity, and long-term growth strategy.

• 5+ years experience in fintech, blockchain, growth strategy, or ecosystem development.

• Deep understanding of Web3, trust infrastructure, and digital finance trends.

• Network-first mindset — someone who knows how to connect ecosystems and make things move.

• Comfort operating in high-velocity, early-stage environments.

• A founder’s DNA: strategic, hands-on, relentlessly curious.
