Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries (and have since expanded into several other assets). We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs’s Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote with team members across the US.

About the role

Ondo Finance is seeking a strategic and experienced customer success expert to execute and lead relationship management & customer growth. You work in close collaboration with DeFi-natives, including chains and protocols, alongside institutional partners.

You’ll begin as an individual contributor, with the opportunity and mandate to progressively build out the customer success team as we scale. This role demands a proactive executor and leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in relationship-building, and can deliver measurable results across diverse client segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new DeFi-native and institutional clients, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and execute ecosystem growth strategies that expand our client base, deepen partnerships, and increase product adoption across chains, protocols, service providers and institutional actors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business development to align client needs with our roadmap and value proposition.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives: joint go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and events, in collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Monitor client health metrics, gather feedback, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive retention and expansion.
  • Establish processes and frameworks for customer success, including playbooks, success metrics, and scalable practices as the team grows.

Who you are

  • A seasoned professional with a proven track record in customer success, partnerships, or client-facing roles, ideally in DeFi, blockchain, and institutional finance.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in an individual-contributor capacity to start and excited by the opportunity to hire, mentor, and lead a customer success team over time.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi, crypto-native protocols, and institutional workflows.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills—able to engage with technical and executive stakeholders across diverse organizations.
  • Strategic and analytical, comfortable developing growth initiatives grounded in data, and guiding roadmap alignment based on client insights.
  • Operates with high ownership and adaptability in a remote-first, high-growth startup environment.
