The Role

As the Head of Product you will play a key role as a core founding team member, shaping product vision and identifying the company's strategic and competitive position.

You'll also be at the forefront of creating the product strategy for the platform and have ownership over the the complete product development cycle.

Within your responsibilities you'll be working with your own team, as well as collaborating with other teams in the company such as engineering, marketing and community to ensure that the product is well integrated on all levels.

Qualities of a Successful Candidate

• Strong background in product and people management.
• Track record of successful, hands on experience, with the concepts, products and services that are driving web3.
• Direct experience working with the design and impleentation of hyper-growth web3 applications.
• Cross-team collaboration.
• Previous experience in blockchain/web3/sports product management is a bonus.
