Cryto Fund Director

We’re looking for a crypto trader capable of building, running, and maintaining high portfolio performance in the DeFi sector, using data science tools coupled with a traditional finance background to deliver benchmarked results.

The ideal candidate has had a track record working in both DeFi and TraFi to deliver portfolio performance successes and is familiar with: Sharp/Sortino ratios, efficiency frontier, futures/derivatives trading. Bonus points for experiences in smart contract audits, bot trading, arbitrage, synthetics utilizing delta neutral strategies.

Someone ideal in this role would have:

• Prior portfolio management and proven track record at a fund
• Risk analysis for assets, puts, calls, options trading
• Ability developing short to long-term frequency strategies
• Expertise in momentum and swing trading and short/long leverage trading
• Familiar with fundamentals and analysis of risk factors in DeFi contracts, and activities underlying market manipulation

You’ll be responsible for:

• Portfolio management and generation of investment ideas in Defi space
• Communicating financial strategies, updating with constant moving targets
• Executing and settlement of DeFi trades
• DeFi protocol code analysis
• Asset allocation mixes maximizing the highest risk adjusted returns

For this interview - please provide examples of your previous ROI in previous roles. As well as level of in depth industry knowledge, including smart contract audits, utilization of various staking/lending platforms.
