Phi International, Inc. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Purchasing Assistant specialized in the cryptocurrency sector. As a vital addition to our team, you will support our purchasing operations by assisting in the procurement of goods and services specifically related to the dynamic and rapidly evolving field of cryptocurrency. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that all purchases align with company goals, participating in vendor relations, and handling logistics while keeping up-to-date with market trends in cryptocurrency. Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and identifying suppliers in the cryptocurrency market.
- Coordinate the procurement process for cryptocurrency-related goods and services.
- Maintain relationships with current vendors and seek new partnerships.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor order status until delivery.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential purchasing opportunities.
- Support budgeting for purchases and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and priorities.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the tech or cryptocurrency sector.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with procurement software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
