As US Head of Sales, you will manage our expansion within the US institutions, building key relationships and driving the adoption of our innovative blockchain solutions. Your role is crucial in shaping our presence in the US market, combining strategic sales initiatives with impactful industry engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Strengthen Industry Relationships:
    • Actively engage with key decision-makers in major financial institutions transitioning into the cryptocurrency sector
    • Promote Kiln’s solutions through initiatives, highlighting product benefits and applications in the institutional blockchain/crypto sector
  • Customer Journey Facilitation:
    • Guide prospects through Kiln’s buying journey with a focus on understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Network Expansion and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain a robust network in the Web3 and US institutional financial communities
    • Foster long-term partnerships with both existing and potential stakeholders through consistent engagement and value delivery
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling into financial institutions, with at least 2 years specifically in the institutional blockchain/crypto industry
  • Proven track record in establishing and nurturing productive relationships with C-level executives
  • Native fluency in English
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated empathy and the capability to understand and respond to client needs effectively

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in capital markets, banking, or financial institutions, providing a deeper understanding of the traditional financial ecosystem
  • Familiarity with U.S. crypto regulatory policies, helping in navigating compliance and legal stakes in the blockchain space
