About the Role
As a part of the content growth team, you’ll be developing a company-level content growth strategy, from product content ideation, creation to distribution across various channels, including blog, social media, videos, infographics and more. While primarily responsible for content creation, you will also be a key driver in various content growth tactics involving branding, lead generation, and more.
This position starts as a 6 months contract, with the opportunity to convert into a permanent role depending on performance.
Responsibilities
- Developing and owning the content roadmap and promotion playbook.
- Testing and measuring new content strategies and opportunities.
- Collaborating with the social media team around new content ideas.
- Identifying content amplification opportunities.
- Ensuring voice and tone of written/spoken content are brand compliant across channels.
- Providing copywriting support with various marketing campaigns and website development.
- Publishing content on the company’s blog as well as other websites that are open to guest posts.
- Setting up and managing asset planning, prioritising their distribution throughout multiple projects.
- Follow SEO SOP and content production tools to improve content value, qualities and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 year experience as a creative, content strategist, or content producer
- Strong writing background and storytelling skills, degree or diploma in journalism/communication is a plus
- Strong understanding or frequent usage of all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
- A strong pulse of cultural conversations and understanding of trends
- Understanding of how content can support digital marketing/SEO/Business goals
- Working knowledge and strong learning interests about the Crypto industry
- Experience using data to drive decision making and prioritization
- Critical and research-oriented thinking
- Solid time-management skills
- Self-motivation and an ability to make decisions alone
- Ability to fully understand and engage audiences
- Familiarity with one of the European languages is a plus
- A lot of creativity
