What you’ll do
The Technical Accounting Manager will be primarily responsible for assessment of new or complex accounting issues
arising from both business transactions and the implementation of new accounting pronouncements, as well as ad hoc
technical accounting research. They will leverage their experience researching relevant accounting guidance to identify
key accounting issues and recommend accounting solutions and disclosure requirements for both complex and non-
routine transactions, and ensure that accounting policies and estimates are updated timely to reflect relevant
accounting changes.

The Technical Accounting Manager will be heavily involved in the development of accounting policies and procedures,
supporting organization wide training initiatives, and ensuring ongoing compliance with accounting policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate is currently practicing or has recently practiced in the Technical Accounting Advisory practice within
a BIG 4 public accounting firm, and may have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a publicly-held company.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
 CPA license;
 5-7 years BIG 4 Public Accounting experience;
 5-10 years of technical accounting experience
