THE ROLE:
As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your main focus will be on building proposals, analyzing warm leads and prospects, and developing creative outreach strategies. You will also be responsible for organizing our CRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build & customize proposals using our templates, tailored to potential clients’ needs.
• Analyze warm leads and top-tier prospects to understand their projects and identify engagement opportunities.
• Participate in prospects’ Discord channels to gather insights and find creative ways to approach them.
• Identify opportunities such as upcoming airdrops, node sale, etc, where our services can add value.
• Coordinate meetings and manage communications on behalf of our sales team.
• Organize and maintain our CRM system, ensuring all deals are up-to-date and tracked.
• Provide high-level overviews of pending deals and assist in holding the team accountable for follow-ups.
• Potentially engage in cold outreach if needed in the future.
