We are looking for a new team member Growth Manager (d/f/m) location-independent

Join us in our mission to empower people around the world to access, interact with and unlock financial opportunities of the decentralized economy. We're providing the bridge for mass market consumers to the world of DeFi.

Tasks

• You will work directly with our founders to develop, execute and lead growth strategies and campaigns that drive user growth.
• Your growth activities will span from PR, stakeholder engagement, newsletter marketing, sponsorships, content, influencer outreach, social media to events and much more.
• You uncover and leverage new growth hacks and opportunities to accelerate user growth.
• You organize wide-ranging outreach campaigns/sponsorships to raise awareness for our brand and product.
• You help create content that grows our online followership.
• You organize and host awesome events (online and offline) that create buzz.
• You track metrics and analyze data to optimize our growth activities.
• You will come up with creative ideas and way to drive engagement and publicity for our brand

Requirements

• You have prior experience with various growth/marketing strategies in the tech/fintech space.
• You are able to communicate complex topics in a simple manner.
• You act with strong work ethics and work goal-oriented.
• You are passionate and up to date with crypto.
• You have excellent English language skills (written & verbal), German is a plus.
• You are fun to work with :-)
