What you'll be doing: • Drive organic growth: You’ll be leading a team of marketers to organically amplify everything we do here at CoinGecko through quality execution and maximising our reach with media partners, and all the channels we own and operate on. • Be an excellent storyteller: Deeply understand CoinGecko’s business & product positioning in the cryptocurrency industry and define/improve how we stand out. • Content production & distribution: Accelerate our ability to produce and distribute all of our products and content in various formats ie. videos, socials, emails, and more. • PR & Outreach: Develop and execute an outreach strategy to amplify CoinGecko’s products and content across the web while building relationships with key partners. • Business alignment: Independently articulate the state of play. Define how we’re tracking towards OKRs and seek support when needed to meet desired outcomes. • Flawless execution: Personally ensure & coordinate the development of all the above in a timely manner, and continue to improve quality & speed of the team’s deliverables.

What we look for in you: • You are a T-shaped marketer with 4+ years of relevant experience, with a proven ability in any of the following areas: product marketing, social media, PR and/or content. • You have managed a large team of freelancers and/or agency relationships, with some experience managing and developing full-time employees. • Impact-driven and persistent: You’re motivated by moving the needle meaningfully, especially during times when it requires persistence and courage. • Entrepreneurial: You have a proven ability to build from scratch. Ability and desire to operate resourcefully, independently and with urgency. • Analytical: You have the ability to translate data into insights, and earn the respect of team members around you by translating insights into clearly defined plans. • Operational excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality.
