Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Twitter/X Growth Lead to join our team. You will take a lead role in Reserve’s Twitter/X strategy and execution. You will develop a content strategy and be responsible for creating frequent educational content that aligns with our strategic priorities and target user personas. You will lead growth hacking new ways for DeFi and TradFi users on social media to discover the Reserve Protocol. You may also play a role in coordinating Reserve’s IRL meetups around the world.

The ideal candidate should possess intermediate knowledge of DeFi and a strong understanding of Twitter/X growth strategies, staying up to date on the latest algorithm content optimization trends. If you are an analytical, detail oriented hands on Twitter strategist, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Twitter/X growth strategy enthusiast with strong understanding of DeFi, and stablecoins and onchain data sleuthing
• Passionate about writing strong “hooks” to capture audience attention
• Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet mastery
• Understanding of content optimization for Twitter/X algorithms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly explain complex problems and enroll the team in solutions
• You have a schedule that can accommodate being online for the PST timezone US workday - we are flexible on location
