About the team

Our Marketing team is the engine that drives our customer acquisition and assets under management. We've built a brilliant product and platform, and we need to let the world know about it.

The CMO will drive our overall marketing strategy. You will have 3 direct reports helping you manage a team of ~20 fantastic marketing professionals. In addition to continuing to build on our B2C successes, you will also spearhead a new B2B product.

What you will do:

• Defining and executing the Marketing strategy
• Collaborate with various Business Units and functional teams across the organization to translate marketing strategy into initiatives that support both individual Business Units' operations and the Organization as a whole
• Ensure that our numerous online and physical touchpoints achieve their deliverables
• Create reliable measuring systems to monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and take corrective action
• Lead, inspire, and coach a team of high-performing marketing professionals

What you’ll need:

• At least 3 years experience as a senior marketing executive, with budget-holding responsibilities
• At least 5 years experience in the crypto domain
• A stellar track record in building, leading, and inspiring marketing teams
• Proven track record of success in a variety of marketing disciplines, including brand planning and management, campaign management, internal and external communications, performance marketing, etc
• Active team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
• The ability to be based in Singapore for the role, this is a pre-requisite for all of our senior leadership team
