We are Mythical Games. A fully funded next-generation game technology company at the intersection of video games and blockchain. Our goal is to lead the industry with the launch of exceptional video game experiences that leverage Blockchain Technology, while also providing a platform of robust tools that will allow any other game developer to do the same.
We are looking for a highly-skilled Technical Director to join our growing Mythical Korea team based in Seoul, Korea. In this role, you'll love defining and refining tech requirements while working with cross-functional stakeholders such as product, development, and analytics teams to make sure that the studio tech stack is functional and ready to go. In addition to this, you'll have a finger on the pulse of what's happening "out there" and make sure that the studio is ahead of any potential roadblocks. You're passionate about driving tech architecture and owning the technical roadmap but you also love diving into hands-on tasks and working with day-to-day product development.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical direction, the architectural decision making and the overall technical roadmap
- Make sure the studio is always one step ahead and in sync with central operations
- Working hands-on daily with client and/or back-end devs
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in F2P or AAA
- C# or C++ mastery
- Expert communicator
- English and Korean. Bilingual.
