Responsibilities:

• Lead the SCRUM team as Product Owner.
• Effectively capture requirements and user stories from business users.
• Collaborate with agile team members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, and product backlog, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design and development.
• Be part of an executive working within an Agile development framework.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, stakeholder management, and excellence.
• Strong understanding of design thinking/human-centered design methodology and experience in using it in project implementation.
• Educating team members and enforcing best SCRUM practice within the business transformation team.

About you :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, data analysis, or related field required.
• Experience with technology relative to industry; Blockchain Technology, Ethereum, Hyperledger Technology, Cloud Computing.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Can use the necessary tools especially Jira, Miro, Microsoft Office Excellent analytical, creative and strategic thinking and be able to solve problems that arise If you have knowledge in cryptocurrency will be specially considered.
