Who are we looking for ?

Web3 Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies within the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the goals of the Web3 project
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space.
• Establish and enhance the project's brand in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Develop content for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and community forums.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute virtual and physical events, including conferences, meetups, and webinars.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 space.
• Strong understanding of decentralized technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Web3 platforms, protocols, and tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing online communities.
