The Starknet Foundation is a new organisation established to support the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. Our mission is to unlock Ethereum’s scalability and efficiency, making decentralized applications more accessible and effective. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the Web3 blockchain domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking multiple stakeholder processes, designing, and optimizing process flows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and comfort working in a dynamic and technical environment with multiple 3rd parties, including legal teams, partners and technical counterparties.
This position offers a unique opportunity to build the Starknet ecosystem, working at the intersection of all partnership teams, the Foundation, Cairo and ZKP technology. If you are passionate about driving innovation and fostering collaboration in the Web3 space, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track various stakeholder processes within the Starknet ecosystem as it relates to Developer Partnerships, promoting ecosystem growth and decentralization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights into current operational workflows.
• Design, document, and optimize end-to-end processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. By doing so, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within existing workflows.
• Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of Web3 and blockchain to effectively navigate and optimize processes within this domain.
• Work closely with various teams, including development, product management, and business operations, to align processes with overall organizational goals.
• Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining processes based on feedback, data, and industry best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in Web3 and blockchain to incorporate relevant advancements into operational processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field - Business, Operations Management, or Engineering.
• Experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager in a technical environment, within the Web3 or blockchain space.
• Demonstrated success in designing and optimizing operational processes.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and decentralized systems.
• Comfort with technical documentation and collaboration with technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and communication among diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
