Job Description

As a Junior Programmer at Mythical you will be surrounded by an experienced team of passionate game developers, who will help and support you in your journey to become an experienced developer yourself. From day one you'll get your hands dirty and be able to contribute to the game, by working directly with your teammates on exciting new game features.

Skills

  • Good Computer Science/Games Programming degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years commercial games programming experience
  • Strong math background and comfortable with 3D math
  • Good C# skills and experience working in Unity3D
  • Excellent communication skills, across all disciplines
  • Familiar with source control systems

Responsibilities

  • Write quality code that adheres to the team's coding standards
  • Develop implementation plans and effectively communicate these to other team members
  • Work with team mates to design and create new game features as well as supporting development of larger ongoing features
  • Take ownership of their work and strive to hit deadlines

Our team values diversity and believes that it strengthens our games, products, and communities. We strongly encourage POC, folks with disabilities, those belonging to the LGBTQIA+ communities, and folks across all gender identities to apply.

We offer our team benefits such as (but not limited to) Employee Options, Private Health Care for you and your life partner, Life Insurance, Parental Leave, 25 days plus bank holidays and many more

If you need assistance around accommodations due to a disability, please reach out to [email protected]. We’ll be with you as soon as possible; our goal is to ensure an accessible and equitable interview process for everyone.
