As the Business Lead AI, you will be an integral part of our Strategy Execution team, directly reporting to the Chief Business Officer. In this role, you will execute DFINITY's AI strategy by managing and coordinating the implementation across all relevant functions, including R&D, Product & Ventures, Partnerships, Marketing, Business Development and Ecosystem Growth. Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution and updates: Lead the execution and updates of DFINITY's AI strategy, ensuring alignment and collaboration across R&D, Product & Ventures, Partnerships, Marketing, Business Development and Ecosystem Growth teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact and drive coordination among all relevant stakeholders, including technical and business teams, to ensure cohesive updates and execution of AI initiatives.
• Program Management: Develop detailed execution plans, timelines, and KPIs for AI-related projects. Drive progress with the teams, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strategic partnerships that support the growth of AI initiatives within the DFINITY ecosystem.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for DFINITY's AI activities and growth
• Advocacy and Evangelism: Represent DFINITY's AI initiatives at industry events, conferences, and in discussions with potential partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully executing business strategies, particularly those involving AI or complex technology implementations.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with the AI and Web3 ecosystem
