Role summary:

We are looking for a Treasury Lead to join our global Finance team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing company bank and wallet accounts as well as relationship with the banks and wallet custodians;
  • Responsible for daily transactions according to set policies and procedures, confirming incoming or outgoing wires to relevant departments;
  • Regularly reviewing & updating respective policies and procedures, strengthening compliance and raising controls;
  • Monitoring cash balances and needs, managing internal transfers and making recommendations on crypto coin trading for fiat if needed, securing the best price;
  • Leading implementation of cash management systems and software programs to raise efficiency and security;
  • Supporting transition to global banking solutions as one of Finance KPIs;
  • Monitoring loan portfolio and facilities including intercompany funding and ensuring all payments and drawdowns are completed in a timely manner;
  • Working with IH Legal department to ensure strong document back up for all funding transactions as needed;
  • Identifying and escalating non-routine issues and exceptions, such as potential fraud situations if applicable;
  • Regular reporting of treasury operations, statements and cash reports to management and various internal stakeholders;
  • Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and regular reconciliation of all bank, wallet and loan balances, as well as designated entity ledgers;
  • Active participation in month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes as well as in Group or entity level statutory audits;
  • Performing other job-related duties and engaging in all milestone projects within Finance department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject (Accounting, Finance or Banking);
  • Overall 4-5 years of relevant experience is mandatory;
  • Experience of working with a bank and/or with crypto is a plus;
  • Knowledge of areas such as liquidity and cash flow forecasting, financial modelling and analysis, and controls around crypto is a significant plus;
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills, Russian is preferable but not mandatory;
  • High level Excel skills;
  • Analytical mindset, strong presentation and report writing skill;
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Tbilisi, with occasional travel
