As a fast-growing startup, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic, remote team and help shape the future of crypto on Telegram.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager at xRocket, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one product inside xrocket platform.
• Interacting with engineering, marketing and design teams to drive the development and delivery of new product features and improvements.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, market trends, and business goals, ensuring alignment with overall product objectives.
• Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
• Overseeing the lifecycle of product development, from concept to launch, and managing the product backlog.
• Prioritizing product initiatives and making data-driven decisions to deliver the highest value to users and the business.
• Keeping up with industry trends in the crypto, Web3, and Telegram ecosystem to ensure xRocket remains a leader in innovation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or blockchain sectors.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and centralized exchanges (CEX).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A solid track record of launching successful digital products, from ideation through to delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around a shared vision.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Passion for innovation and a keen interest in the future of crypto and decentralized finance.
