About the role

We are looking for a self-starter, energetic, passionate, and experienced Content Strategist to join our Brand Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with a social media manager, designer, and copywriter to drive the content calendar and delivery for all the social media channels that push the Crypto.com brand forward. We are a fully remote team working throughout APAC and welcome applicants from anywhere in the region.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategize content strategies and content plan across all digital platforms
  • Liaise with channel manager, copywriter, and designers to ensure the content is on-brand, and contributing to the bigger picture of objectives
  • Closely monitor the external happenings on social and digital, and derive angles and contents from there, with a brand POV.
  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.
  • Draw insights and actionable steps from the regular social media report.
  • Communicate/liaison with internal teams on paid social and drive data-driven decisions based on the performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices, and share with the internal team.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years with proven work experience as a content strategist or digital manager
  • Hands-on experience using social media and digital channels for brand building
  • Able to write digital briefs and translate business and brand objectives into measurable KPI's.
  • Able to integrate content plans across all touchpoints with multiple parties.
  • Able to draw key learnings, insights, and actions to inform future planning and strategy. Web analytics experience a plus
  • Has a passion for the Crypto industry, including staying up to date on news, trends and all key happenings in the industry
