Web3 Brand Manager

Compensation: $45k - $67k estimated

FUNCTION

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our fully remote based team to help create the future of the Nifty’s brand and our projects with the best creators and brands in the world.

This role will support the development of marketing strategies and plans that will fuel engagement and relationships with the Nifty’s community through storytelling, content & experiences in ways that reflect our vision and culture.

The candidate should have a comprehensive grasp of the burgeoning NFT and blockchain landscape (across web, apps and social media) along with the ability to lead multiple tasks and build strong working relationships across our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

  • Lead, develop, implement and manage the Nifty's marketing plans In partnership with other members of the marketing team.
  • Leads go-to-market plans for marketing projects, coordinating across teams to drive efficiency, alignment and to power our consumer marketing drivers (Email, Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, etc.)
  • Builds key communication tools including marketing briefs and messaging grids, to fuel our projects and long-term brand initiatives.
  • Contributes to the ideation and drive the execution of engagement strategies and activation ideas to help improve the community experience
  • Identifies community needs and analyzes market trends in order to identify brand opportunities
  • Participates in recurring marketing meetings and milestone business processes to understand and discuss business objectives and initiatives to drive the business and brand results.
  • Briefs, participates in, and coordinates promotional activations and events.
  • Manages relationships and contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategy.
  • Helps to define and manage the brand communication strategy across a variety of owned, earned and paid media channels
  • Assists in development and messaging of the brand narrative

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or community management
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple projects
  • Story teller, creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • An ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
