What Youāll Do:Ā
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails.Ā
- Develop Solana client applications using TypeScript, including smart contractĀ
- interactions.Ā
- Architect APIs and data models to support both our robotics platforms andĀ
- blockchain-based gaming layers.Ā
- Collaborate closely with product, embedded software, and blockchain teams toĀ
- ship high-quality features quickly.Ā
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.Ā
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.Ā
- Help shape the technical direction and processes of the team.Ā
What Weāre Looking For:Ā
- 8+ years of software development experience.Ā
- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails ā youāve built and scaled production RailsĀ
- applications.Ā
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with experience writing Solana clients (e.g., usingĀ
- @solana/web3.js, Anchor framework, or similar).Ā
- Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, transactions, wallets, and smartĀ
- contract interactions (bonus if specifically familiar with Solanaās architecture).Ā
- Experience designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.Ā
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with a high level ofĀ
- ownership.Ā
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, background job processing, and modernĀ
- devops workflows (Docker, CI/CD, etc.).Ā
- Strong communication skills ā you can clearly articulate technical trade-o^s andĀ
