Responsibilities:

- Create Visual Assets: Develop graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and presentations to effectively communicate the project's vision and brand identity.

- User Interface Design: Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps) and landing pages that simplify complex blockchain concepts, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Generate imaginative content for advertising channels, social networks, and internal corporate initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with content marketers, overseeing the visual content of the website and social media accounts.

- Contribute to the formulation of creative concepts.

- Provide assistance and mentorship to junior members of the design team.

Hard skills:

- Fluency in English at C1/C2 level, backed by recent conversational practice.

- Prior experience in Crypto/Web3.

- Fundamental understanding of Crypto principles.

- Exposure to Crypto marketing (Previous exposure as a consumer is acceptable).

- Expertise in UI design with a minimum of 3 years experience.

- Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals with a minimum of 4 years' experience creating sales or content materials.

- Sound grasp of communication design principles, color theory, and composition.

- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

- Basic comprehension of product design.

- Familiarity with AI tools.
