Web3 Director, Creative Product Marketing

Compensation: $63k - $80k estimated

Location: CA Los Angeles US

Impact Theory is a freakishly ambitious LA-based Web3 studio, committed to telling stories of empowerment and human potential. We currently produce a wide variety of scripted, unscripted, and digital content for OTT streamers, YouTube, Spotify, WEBTOON, podcasts, and our own internal online learning platform. All of Impact Theory’s content is focused on entertaining and empowering people the world over. We are embarking on our newest venture into the Blockchain entertainment and NFT space and are building a world class team in the process. Impact Theory is seeking an experienced Director of Creative Product Marketing to help lead our creative marketing efforts across our entire ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on ability to lead the creative process as it relates to brand strategy, identity, and community engagement
  • Building audience and communities with strong story-driven content and/or video games marketing
  • Develop product marketing strategy, including vision, goals, and prioritization based on company priorities
  • Partner closely with other stakeholders: Creative, Design, Production, and Marketing to execute against company goals
  • Ability to turn product launches into full scale events (without breaking the bank)
  • Deeply understand our subscriber base and synthesize key insights on demographics, psychographics, and behavioral segmentation
  • Responsible for turning product launches into creative events that
  • Ability to script and oversee story-based video asset creation

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of previous Director level experience
  • 5 years of product marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of digital-age guerrilla marketing techniques
  • Ability to craft engaging and creative content
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Experience or strong understanding of Web3
  • Experience in building and maintaining social communities, primarily in Discord
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Prior copywriter experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
