Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

Fireblocks is looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of our email marketing strategies. The position’s main duties include executing on email marketing campaigns end-to-end, writing email copy, managing the email database, designing newsletters, and more. They will work with the Fireblocks Marketing team to support cross-channel lead generation and nurture campaigns. This position will be expected to build and improve email marketing campaigns, maintain a consistent cadence for customer and prospect emails, and increase conversions.

You'll be:

• Implement, execute, and optimize all email marketing efforts
• Create, design, and optimize email templates with graphics, personalization and/or advanced features
• Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices
• Create smart emails lists based on behaviors (i.e. past email engagement, website interactions, lead score) 
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes
• Develop road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions via email
• Ensure emails follow industry best practices and adhere to privacy policies on a global scale (GDPR, etc.)

You'll bring:

• B2B digital marketing, marketing analytics, and email marketing experience
• Excellent writer
• Good eye for email template design
• Proficient with B2B marketing and email automation platforms like Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.
• Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Strong time-management skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees. 

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is 74,000 to 92,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
