About Randamu

Randamu is on a mission to empower individual agency through cutting-edge web3 infrastructure. Our pioneering tools power Filecoin consensus and are foundational to numerous blockchains and decentralized applications. We are driven to deliver practical, high-impact products that support vital use cases such as committee encryption/decryption, key management, MEV prevention, and decentralized oracles.

Our team is composed of industry veterans with deep expertise in web3, big tech, finance, and cybersecurity. We thrive in dynamic environments—whether it's presenting at global conferences, attending hacker camps, or crafting the perfect espresso in creative ways. We operate as a remote-first company, with team members across European and North American time zones, and we embrace routine travel to foster collaboration and community engagement.

About the Role

Randamu is seeking an energetic and strategic Developer Relations Lead / Community Manager to cultivate and expand our global community. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our community strategy, bridging the gap between Randamu and its ecosystems—including drand, dcrypt, and the League of Entropy. You will design and implement engagement initiatives, respond to community inquiries, and foster meaningful connections across various channels. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy with hands-on execution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and presence of Randamu in the broader web3 landscape.

If you're passionate about fostering vibrant, inclusive communities and excited to champion groundbreaking technology, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement & Support: Manage and grow our community channels, including Slack, X (Twitter), Telegram, Signal, LinkedIn, and email lists. Proactively identify and establish new channels (e.g., Discord, Matrix, Bluesky, Discourse, Reddit) to expand our reach.
  • Advocate & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing open-source questions and support requests. Efficiently triage inquiries and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect and synthesize product feedback from the community to provide actionable insights to the product and engineering teams.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging online and offline events—hackathons, hacker houses, conference booths, webinars, Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and more—to deepen community involvement.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling content, including blog posts, tutorials, documentation, and social media updates, to educate and excite users about Randamu's products.
  • Program Development: Design and launch innovative community programs to drive growth, engagement, and a healthy ecosystem. This includes establishing and managing a team of global community ambassadors.

  • Co-author or publish at least one academic paper or whitepaper showcasing advanced use cases for threshold cryptography.
