Aethir is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at Aethir, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for various digital and print materials, including websites, mobile apps, advertisements, social media graphics, and more. You will work closely with our UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our visual assets align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• User Interface Design: Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and software applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Visual Branding: Create and maintain visual identities, branding materials, and design guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, incorporating elements that reflect current trends in the Web3 space.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Graphic Design: Create a wide range of visual assets, including advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, icons, and more.
• Typography and Color: Select appropriate fonts, color palettes, and imagery to enhance designs and convey the desired message.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with project goals.
• Usability Testing: Incorporate user feedback and conduct usability testing to iterate and refine UI designs.
• Image Editing: Edit and enhance images for use in various design projects.
• Innovative Concepts: Generate creative design ideas and concepts that align with project objectives and target audience.
• Feedback Incorporation: Accept and apply constructive feedback to continuously improve designs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer, demonstrated through a diverse portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, typography, composition, and color theory.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive design elements.
• Ability to create responsive UI designs that adapt to various screen sizes and devices.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative design concepts for different mediums.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain design consistency across various assets.
• Familiarity with digital design trends and best practices for both UI and graphic design.
