We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our marketing team. If you are a self-driven and ambitious marketer who specializes in growth, we would love to meet you. We are expecting you to be experienced in viral marketing, and experience in crypto (particularly NFT) is strongly preferred. 

About the role

As a Growth Marketer at Cere, you will be focussing on growth for several aspects of the company.  This includes websites/blogs, communities, NFT platform, social media platforms and more. You will be working closely with our team leads to achieve company-wide KPIs.  

Responsibilities:

• Keeping our websites, blogs and social media channels up to date with our latest (PR) releases
• Develop, plan and implement social media,  communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging content for all social media and professional accounts
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and manage (online) events to boost brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers and industry professionals Leading a team of community management administrators
• Stay up-to-date with crypto technology trends
• Assist User Acquisition leads in setting up and maintaining funnels, setting KPI’s, and reporting performance to management
• Manage the email-automation system together with our team leads.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of work experience as a Growth marketer or similar role, of which at least 1 year in the crypto/blockchain/NFT sector
• Hands-on familiarity with Discord, Twitter, and Telegram
• Experienced in online marketing, growth hacking, and viral marketing
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal and presentations skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management
• Experience managing website projects from A-Z
• Able to make data-driven decisions in order to grow our website suite and report upwards through data reports/dashboards.
