About TON

At TON, we’re building The People’s Internet — open, human, and free. Born from the vision of Telegram, powered by a global community, TON is where technology meets possibility.

We believe in simplicity, speed, and freedom — and we’re now writing The Next Chapter: Forward. Creating the Future Together. Our mission is to build a high-performing, values-driven marketing organization — fast, collaborative, and creative — that turns vision into measurable progress: Focus. Wins. Momentum. Progress.

Role Summary

The Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in TON’s new Marketing Operations Center of Excellence — the connective hub that ensures clarity, efficiency, and momentum across all marketing functions.

You’ll be the right hand to the Senior Marketing Ops Lead, helping orchestrate the systems, tools, and workflows that connect brand, digital, communications, community, and creator marketing into one cohesive engine.

You’ll thrive if you’re entrepreneurial, highly organized, and love getting things done — someone who can bring structure to creativity, turn plans into action, and make collaboration effortless across a fast-moving, distributed ecosystem.

This is not a back-office role — it’s the operational heart of a movement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cross-Functional Project Coordination Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across Brand, Digital, Comms, Community, and Creator initiatives. Track and update campaign calendars, GTM launches, and event milestones in Notion, Google Suite, or Asana/Monday. Support cross-team syncs and leadership meetings — preparing agendas, capturing actions, and driving follow-ups.
  2. Operational Excellence Help design and document scalable workflows for campaign planning, creative briefing, approvals, and reporting. Maintain a single source of truth — centralizing tools, templates, and documentation that streamline how the marketing team works. Support the transition to unified project management systems (e.g., from Notion to Asana).
  3. Communication & Alignment Serve as the operational bridge across all marketing pillars — ensuring updates, priorities, and dependencies are visible and aligned. Partner with digital and analytics teams to connect execution with measurable outcomes. Collaborate with community and creator leads to keep ecosystem initiatives on track and integrated with the core marketing roadmap.
  4. Data & Reporting Support Help collect and organize campaign metrics, dashboards, and KPI reports. Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocations — keeping leadership informed and proactive.
  5. Continuous Improvement Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in workflows — and propose solutions. Research and test new tools or automations that improve collaboration and output. Foster a culture of agility and accountability — where planning, process, and creativity coexist in harmony.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or startup marketing, ideally spanning Web2 and Web3 environments.
  • Deep familiarity with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and emerging productivity tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you move fast, stay organized, and get things done.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills — able to simplify complexity and align diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with remote, global teams.
  • Passion for open technology, creators, digital culture, and TON’s mission to build a freer Internet.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in blockchain, tech, fintech, or creator economy ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM, analytics, or reporting tools (GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Airtable).
  • Understanding of digital marketing workflows (paid, social, content, lifecycle).
  • Comfort interacting with agencies, partners, and decentralized teams.

Success in This Role Means

  • Marketing operations run smoothly, predictably, and transparently.
  • Teams across Brand, Digital, Comms, Community, and Creators are aligned and empowered to execute with confidence.
  • Campaigns and initiatives move from concept to delivery — on time, on budget, and on message.
  • You’re known as the person who makes things happen — the glue that turns vision into momentum.
