Web3 Junior Paid Marketing Manager (US/LATAM)

Hype Partners is primarily a remote organization with team members spread across the globe, however, the core team is primarily based in Europe. 

Hype is looking for media buyers in our fast-growing Paid Marketing department. This person will identify marketing strategies, test, and manage paid ads for Web3, crypto, and NFT clients across different paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize campaigns on paid channels that help web3/crypto projects grow in users, community, and brand awareness while navigating strict ad policies for the crypto vertical

• Work with the paid marketing team to build and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels (social, search, display, programmatic) - main ones are Twitter, Reddit, Facebook/Instagram, Google, Brave, etc.

• A/B test, track data, and clearly convey learnings to clients

• Stay up-to-date on the latest in web3/crypto marketing and crypto compliance policies

• Develop relationships with clients, channel partners, and crypto network publishers

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of managing and optimizing paid ads across one or some of these channels: Facebook/Instagram, Google Search, Youtube, Google Display, Twitter, Programmatic (please specify in your application which channel(s) and what vertical(s))

• At least 6 months of experience using analytical tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, pivot tables, and/or other data visualization tools

• Experience creating go-to-market strategies and executing paid campaigns for different parts of a marketing funnel

• A growth mindset open to experimenting, testing, and pivoting off of what the data shows

• Willingness to learn and test on new channels

• Clear communication skills for working within the team and being client-facing, empathizing with their goals, and being able to showcase data with simplicity

• Nice to have: Can implement tracking solutions like pixels and Google Tag Manager

• Nice to have: Experience running in-app placements, native, SMS, mobile app downloads, and other creative placements beyond paid search and paid social
