BitRobot Foundation:

BitRobot (https://bitrobot.ai/) aims to enable global collaboration in Embodied AI research with crypto incentives. Built as a network of subnets, each subnet contributes valuable outputs, from compute resources to real-world robot fleets, to datasets (real-world or synthetic), to Embodied AI models, across a wide variety of robotic tasks and robotic embodiments, from sidewalk robots to humanoids.

Frodobots:

FrodoBots Lab (https://www.frodobots.ai/) is pioneering advancements in Embodied AI research at the intersection of crypto and gaming - and one of the first contributors in the BitRobot ecosystem. Our products include robotic gaming titles like ET Fugi and Ultimate Fighting Bots (UFB), Robots.Fun—an embodied AI launchpad—and SAM (Small Autonomous Motherfucker), an autonomous AI agent constantly livestreaming its adventures. By leveraging real-world robotics and gamified incentives, FrodoBots generates scalable datasets that propel AI research forward. In collaboration with DeepMind researchers, the company has organized the Earth Rover Challenge, a mission to compare AI and human capabilities in robotic navigation. FrodoBots has also open-sourced FrodoBots-2K, the largest urban robotic navigation dataset, providing an invaluable resource for the AI research community. Through its Earth Rovers platform, FrodoBots combines real-world exploration with data generation, offering three versions of its sidewalk robots starting at $149 each.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with BitRobot's mission and growth objectives.
• Brand Development: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, narrative, and positioning to effectively communicate BitRobot’s value proposition to diverse audiences—including robotics ecosystem stakeholders and the crypto community.
• Community Growth: Design and execute initiatives to grow and engage our global community across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram.
• Content & PR: Oversee the creation of compelling content across mediums (social, blog, video, etc.) and manage public relations to enhance BitRobot’s visibility and thought leadership.
• Event Management: Help drive virtual and in-person events to promote BitRobot’s mission, attract contributors, and deepen engagement across both robotics and crypto communities.
• Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs, track marketing performance, and continuously refine strategies using data-driven insights.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team—managing a small group of employees, contractors, or community mods as needed—while fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and results.

Skills:

• Strong track record in progressively senior marketing roles.
• Keen sense of ROI and maximizing impact per dollars allocated across various initiatives against strategic objectives.
• Expertise in SEO, product marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and growth hacking strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• High-agency and self-motivated; takes full ownership and drives projects from strategy to execution with minimal oversight.
• Able to pull for external resources and manage those resources effectively when needed.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including experience with token launches and decentralized communities.
• Curious and motivated to dive into the robotics space—no prior experience needed, but enthusiasm is essential.
