About the Team:

The Growth team oversees Worldcoin's launch strategy and deployment in worldwide markets by selecting, communicating with, and ensuring optimal performance of local Orb Operators. Worldcoin is defined by its fair, global, and rapid distribution, and the Growth team is on the front lines to make it all possible.

About the Opportunity:

The Head of Growth will oversee Worldcoin’s launch in a short period of time across multiple jurisdictions and countries. Worldcoin’s launch and expansion will require the training and management of a global operating team. In this role you will…

• Build our global program from the ground up, driving recruitment and designing incentive structures to expand Worldcoin’s adoption.
• Educate yourself with various jurisdictions’ contexts and possible risks, while establishing and maintaining standards of service and conduct.
• Hire and lead a world wide operating team.
• Test and design context-appropriate incentive structures to maximize growth and scale Worldcoin globally.
• Ensure smooth distribution and product functionality around the world, including the global launch operation and Worldcoin device rollout in Q4 2021.
• Travel extensively internationally to promote growth.

About You:

• Experience leading an international growth organization across multiple geographies
• Experience leading a team in a gig economy company a plus
• Experience in cryptocurrency a plus
