To be successful in this role:

You will:

• Be a strategic thinker and partner to Events Manager, Hacker House core team members and the organization
• Embed yourself into the ecosystem and partner with the Events Manager, Ecosystem Manager, Ventures, Business and Dev. relationships teams
• Identify, research and source sponsorships from crypto-based companies and other traditional tech firms
• Hold calls with prospects to sell sponsorships
• Nurture, develop and maintain partner relationships related to Events sponsorships
• Negotiate sponsorship amounts, manage end to end agreements include collecting payments and report sponsorship dollars
• Develop, organize and maintain a automated workflow to intake interested partners for sponsorship
• Gather useful information industry sponsorship tier levels and propose competitive amounts from market to market
• Propose ideas to improve provided better partnerships and event programing based on trends and ecosystem partners
• Strong followthrough and communication skills
• Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes

You have:

• 3+ years of experience securing, managing and fostering sponsorship, working with sponsors, and coordinating payments.
• An excellent communicator, quickly establishing good relationships with ecosystem partners
• Existing connections in the crypto ecosystem a plus but not required
• Aware of the major projects and teams in the Solana ecosystem
• Confident and have the skills to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfort in reaching out to potential sponsors via Twitter and other social media channels
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passionate about unique and unforgettable experiences
• Valid Passport and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Curious and interested in the web3 space
