Blockchain Engineer - (Metaverse) - FULLY REMOTE


Want to build the next generation of the metaverse?


As a Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the new platforms for various metaverse products. You will work with a cross-functional team to develop the Backend (built in Python) and build on top of the Ethereum Blockchain using Solidity.


Key responsibilities:


  • Design and implement scalable and secure Backend applications.
  • Write and deploy smart contracts on multiple blockchain platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into existing products
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology
  • Mentor and guide junior team members

Qualifications:


  • Experience in Python and Django as that is what their Backend is currently built in.
  • Exposure to blockchain development and Solidity
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast moving Start-up environment.

Last year the company received funding from a large corporate, so, despite their size, their finances are stable for the years to come and are looking to grow.
