Yes, you read that right. RISC Zero is a crypto startup based in Seattle. We believe that blockchain technology has the potential to allow for the creation of a more open internet. The internet of today is largely owned by Amazon and its competitors, and users of most platforms on the internet have very little control over how their data is used. Blockchains like Ethereum have proven that we can build fantastic user applications on Web3. However, The problem with existing blockchain tech is that it doesnât scale. Who Are You
Â
The Developer Relations role is vital to the adoption of RISC Zero. This role is the on-ramp into the RISC Zero ecosystem. Your job will be to provide support and guidance to developer teams who are building applications on our platform. That means being ready to help with simple things like âwhere is the documentation for X?â and well as being able to answer deep technical questions and give advice on implementation details. You will work closely with the documentation team to help identify and improve the docs based on where developers are getting stuck. You will also work closely with the business development team on outreach to developers with the goal of getting them excited about building on RISC Zero.

What You'll Do
We are looking for strong technical and coding backgrounds with knowledge of blockchain app development. You should enjoy talking to people and helping out. You will be attending dev focused hackathons and conferences around the world.

Risc Zero is a fast moving start up, so you should be someone who is self directed with good time management skills. You will have a lot of autonomy with how you spend your days, but the key to success in this role is high responsiveness and enthusiasm. We will get you excited, then itâs up to you to go and help us spread the word.
